The most common cause of NextGen hosting account suspensions is nonpayment. If you have not paid your balance due on an invoice containing your hosting service after its past due date, your account will automatically be suspended by our FrontDesk Software. To unsuspend a NextGen Web Hosting account, simply login to the NextGen FrontDesk Client Center and pay any outstanding invoices. After the usually instant verification of your payment, your account will unsuspend itself.
Occasionally, accounts will be suspended for other reasons as well, not limited to but including for the violation of our Terms of Use. In these cases, and in all account suspensions, you will receive a detailed email from NextGen advising why your account was suspended.
