Most of NextGen's invoices are automatically generated by our FrontDesk Client Center system, and detailed information on the charges is always included in the invoice itself. However, if you feel the explanation offered in the invoice is not sufficient or if you have addition questions about your invoice, contact NextGen's Billing Department and we'll be glad to help you sort out what is wrong or issue a refund if necessary.
Note: disputing or complaining about any charge(s) with PayPal or your credit card company before (or during) the process of contacting our billing department will likely result in your hosting account being suspended or permanently terminated. We always assign someone to work one-on-one with clients to address billing issues and we would appreciate the chance to help you before filing a complaint with PayPal or your credit card company.
